Your First Visit
Your first appointment is about getting to know you. We’ll take the time to understand your medical and dental history, discuss your goals, and perform a comprehensive exam. Depending on your needs, we may:

Take digital X-rays or 3D imaging

Perform a professional cleaning

Create a personalized treatment plan tailored to you

Insurance & Payment Options
We are an out of network dental provider. This means we are not contracted with dental insurance companies or required to follow their fee schedules or treatment limitations.
As an out of network office, we focus on personalized care and do not let insurance limitations decide your treatment. Great dentistry takes time, especially for patients with dental anxieties. We take the time to listen, build trust, and provide care that supports your health from first tooth to forever.
Our fees are very reasonable, and we are a patient first practice. We focus on creating treatment plans based on your individual needs, goals, and long-term oral health.
We will submit dental insurance claims on your behalf so you can maximize your available benefits. Our team is also happy to provide estimated coverage information upon your request before treatment so you can plan with confidence and avoid surprises.
Please note that we do not accept Medicaid, Healthplex, Fidelis, or any other state funded insurance plans.

No Insurance?
We offer our in-house membership plan, called the Smile Saver Plan, designed to help make preventive and routine dental care more affordable for individuals and families without dental insurance. The Smile Saver Plan includes 2 exams, cleanings, and X rays per year, plus 15% off most treatments for a full year, all for a reasonable annual membership fee.

Payment is due at the time of service. Our team will walk you through your options and work with you to find a solution that best fits your needs and your budget.

Financing Options
At Westfall Dental Studio, we understand there are times when your dental insurance may not cover the services you need, or you may prefer not to pay for treatment all at once. That is why we partner with Cherry to help make treatment more manageable.
Through Cherry’s simple application process, you can choose from a range of monthly payment options that fit your needs. Some patients may qualify for 0% APR options. If approved, you can manage your payments with 24/7 access to Cherry’s self-serve patient portal.
